A trusted friend pointed me in the direction of an abomination she became aware of that was posting about child abuse on a scam Facebook page. If I’m honest, I couldn’t bring myself to go to the page, particularly when I received the warning that it was not a true Facebook page, however, the link to this blog was directly underneath the warning. I trust WordPress, therefore, I pasted the link in my browser which took me to this blog. It is 100% informative and caring and I truly commend them for what they are doing. If you visit their blog, please like them and bookmark their blog, particularly if you have children of vulnerable years.
The reason for my friend directing me to the other site was a lot to do with the fact that paedophiles are using #Pagan / #Wiccan sigils or symbols in order to “identify” themselves online. This is a proper travesty, but then, what can we expect? What they DO is even a more proper travesty, but then to link themselves with the good Pagan people of this World makes it harder for us to be accepted. Before you get upset, I would feel exactly the same if paedos were using Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Muslim, or any other symbology pertaining to any religion or creed. And, perhaps they do, we just haven’t spotted it yet. I would fully expect any religion to be hacked off at this disrespect to their beliefs. Believe you me, I would be hacked off FOR them, as well!
Paedophilia has touched almost everyone’s lives in some way or another. Whether it were online predators or a family member or friend….we’ve all had it in our lives in some respect. So, please give “The Ultimate Evil” your support for what they do for the safety of our most precious and vulnerable people….our children. Blessed be.
UPDATE: I was sent a link this morning to a blog featuring this article, and it is now apparent to me where the majority of the angry comments from Asatru folk and Odinists are originating. This blog( http://kernelmag.dailydot.com/features/report/7582/revealed-the-secret-symbols-used-by-child-sex-offenders/# ) purposefully misrepresents the Valknut by stating: “The ‘Wiccan triple knot’ is a well-known paedophile call sign.” I have written to the Editor of the site and requested a retraction, removal of the image, or at the least a removal of any reference to my site. Unfortunately, paedophiles may be found in every religion, including Paganism. This may be an unpopular thing to say, but not all Pagans are good people.. any more than all Catholics.
I was once a respected, some would say influential, individual within modern Paganism/magic until I started pointing this out- as well as the fact that there are child abusers who have actually gained influential positions in our communities. I have since become rather a pariah, suffering much slander, despite the fact that we have recently seen the jailing of several paedophiles from within the community over the past year (Colin Batley, Elaine Batley, Jeanette Batley, Peter Petrauske, Jack Kemp, and not forgetting the murdered Peter Solheim).
Please do read my own blogs concerning this matter, and I am confident you will see my sincerity in this matter.

Thank you, Nathaniel for responding. I am so sorry that you have had to endure this from your own community! Still, you know in your heart that you are right and one thing I have learned all my life is that it is better to be right and shunned than wrong and not be able to live with ones self. At least, my friend, you can sleep at night with a clear heart and mind. I look forward to reading your blogs and will do. I hope that you still practise because what you believed in before is still good. Just as Islam is still good to Muslims, whilst the Taliban is not. Bless you, Nathaniel, I am on your side.
